Ṛokṛúhax (IPA: /ɽʊˈkɽuʔəχ/) is a city in Sarsa, in the Fímhax valley that separates the eastern regions from the western regions. It is the capital and largest city of both Sarsa and the Ṛavẽp region. As of 2019, it had a population of 5,270,970, about 31.8% of Sarsa's population.

The city was the capital of the Kingdom of Ṛavẽbé -- where the region gets its name -- until 1721, when the Urviric Kingdoms consolidated under one rule. In addition to being the capital, Ṛokṛúhax is also a center of tourism and culture
