Jikhein (Standard Kwang: [d͡ʒì.kʰeɪ̃́], formerly known as Rìkheim) is the capital city and also the most populous province of the Qonklese Federation. The city, located in the Central Realm, is governed directly by the Qonklese government. Jikhein Province is also part of the greater Jikhein Metropolis, and together it is one of Sahar's largest cities, home to more than 17 million residents.

It is also the most visited city in Qonklaks as of a survey conducted in 2019, with its Dili Economic District serving as a major tourist hotspot.
