The Konaaczinh languages form a language family in Boroso. One of the three major Kav language families of Lhavres, along with Czuczoid and the Macro-Kavrinian languages, the Konaaczinh languages historically occupied most of the western half of modern day Lhavres, with Classical Lhav, the administrative language of the Lhav Empire, being a Konaaczinh language. After the establishment of the Republic of Kavrinia and the associated spread of Macro-Kav languages, the range of Konaaczinh languages has considerably diminished, the language family being presently composed of several smaller regional languages in western Lhavres descended from Classical Lhav.

Some scholars believe that these languages ultimately form a broader language grouping along with the the Czuczoid languages, variously called Czuczo-Konaaczinh, Konaa-Czuczic or Western Lhavresian. This grouping is based on a small set of lexical items and some recurring morphological motifs and most historical linguists regard these proposals with skepticism.
