Loqtej (Juhash: Łoqtëj ['ɫoqtæd͡ʒ]), commonly shortened to Loqs (singular: Loq), are a type of baked pastry with savoury filling common in Juhash cuisine. Loqs are typically filled with goat cheese and meat, though other fillings, such as onions, spices, and pine nuts are common. When in season, potato and pumpkin loqs can also be found. They are commonly sold by street vendors throughout Juhashka.
