Mõthrishĩzũ Rìam, translated as the Imperial Governorate of Riyana or the Blessed Governorate of Riyana (Standard Kwang: Mõ Thi Shĩ Zũ Yì An /mo᷄ˀ tʰí ʃi᷄ˀ zu᷄ˀ jì ã́/), was an administrative division of the Qonklese Empire, created in 9 February, 1940 following the Invasion of Riyana. It encompassed all of the Riyan provinces that were not directly claimed by the Qonklese Empire as being core Qonklese territories.
