Paseinsẽ (Standard Kwang: [pá.seɪ̃́..se᷄ˀ], Wo Amiyant Kwang: Poa Hcieng Càk [pɔ̄ tɕʰɛ̄ŋ tsàk̚]), historically known by its Wo Amiyant Kwang pronunication Poachengchac until 1950, is a major city located in Qonklaks. It is the second-largest Qonklese city by population, with over 13 million residents.

As the historical capital of many dynasties and mostly important the Qonklese Republic, Paseinsẽ boasts a rich academic and cultural heritage. The city is home to numerous museums, galleries, and cultural institutions that showcase its storied past and vibrant arts scene. The city is known for its academic prestige, home to many internationally-acclaimed highly-ranked academic insitutions.

Republic Square

Republic Square served as the central hub of political and civic life during the Qonklese Republic. The square is surrounded by several important government buildings, including the Paseinsẽ Presidential Palace, the Old National Assembly, and offices for many ministries. These structures, designed by prominent architects of the time such as Jwa Neindoun, showcase a unique blend of neoclassical and Qonklese architectural elements.

Republic Park

Republic Park is a large, meticulously landscaped green space created during the Republic era for leisure and recreation. The park features various monuments and statues commemorating important historical figures and events from the Qonklese Republic period, notably a large bronze statue of Thaboun Jwa. It also includes a picturesque lake, gardens, and walking paths, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists. The Republic Park, then known as Voara II Park, was partially damaged during the later years of the Pangyeoun War, but was restored in 1952 as part of post-war rebuilding and was renamed the Paseinsẽ Revolutionary Park. Its former name was restored in 2005.

Paseinsẽ Central Station

Constructed during the Republic era, the Paseinsẽ Central Station is a major transportation hub that connects the city to other parts of Qonklaks via rail. The station's grand, domed entrance hall and intricate façade showcase the architectural influences of the era, combining art nouveau elements with Qonklese motifs. Today, the building, managed by Sein Kwai, is now part of a larger modern high-speed rail station built in 2015 to meet the demands of the Qonklese economy.
