Qersheven (Balak: Qerceven Qerşeven [ˌhɛrʃɛˈvɛn]) is the capital and largest city of Balakia. As a federal subject, it borders the states of Upper Maram and Hamavan. Qersheven is the Xth largest of Balakia's 15 federal subjects, and the fourth most populous, with over 7 million inhabitants.
