This template is used to standardise Portal anniversary entries for individual dates.

To use this template, copy the text above to the top of an anniversary date subpage (e.g. Portal:Anarchism/Anniversaries/January/January 1). Note that parameter names are lowercase. All parameters except for year1 and hook1 are optional, and if left blank will not appear in the entry.
