Thearch's Rebellion
In 1861, not only Thucyu, but the entire Imperial Jigh was shaken by a large-scale religious war, which went down in history as the Thearch's Rebellion. For 16 years there was a fierce struggle between the forces of the Thearch and the forces of the Imperial Jigh, ending with the defeat of the Thearch and the death of millions.

Thucyan Civil War
The 20th century met not only Thucyu, but also the entire Imperial Jigh with a widespread increase in instability and Balkist uprisings. In 1923, amid instability, the Kingdom of Koqho declared secession from the Imperial Jigh. Secession, according to the Declaration of Secession, was supposed to be temporary, since the Kingdom of Koqho wanted to destroy the forces of the rebels with their own methods. However, in 1925, protests and regional insurgencies escalated into a full-scale civil war.
After the defeat of the monarchist forces in 1926, the Balkists and Nationalists united into a single alliance known as the Thucyan Liberation Front (TFL) and in 1927 defeated the forces of the Utists and Dalar separatists.
In 1927, after the victory in the civil war, the TFL convened the New Council, which became the legislative body of Thucyu. The first decision of the New Council was the proclamation of the National State of Thucyu.
