Preamble

The Kyenese Empire and the Vos State, having engaged in armed conflict, and seeking to resolve the situation involving the Vos colony of Awatomanea and the Kyenese Imperial Army, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions, to create a new political order in the region, taking into account the changed circumstances and the interests of both parties.

Article I: Annexation of Awatomanea by the Kyenese Empire
  1. The Kyenese Empire shall officially recognize and support the establishment of a military government in Awatomanea, led by the Kyenese Imperial Army. Awatomanea shall become a directly administered territory of the Kyenese Empire.
  2. The Vos State shall relinquish its claims on Awatomanea and recognize the Kyenese Empire's sovereignty over the territory.
Article II: Cessation of Hostilities and Withdrawal of Forces
  1. Both parties agree to an immediate and unconditional cessation of hostilities.
  2. The Vos State shall withdraw all its military forces from Awatomanea within a period of 60 days from the signing of this treaty.
  3. The Kyenese Imperial Army, through the Akulanen Expeditionary Force, shall maintain peace and stability in Awatomanea and refrains from any hostile actions against the Vos State or any other nation.
Article III: Dispute Resolution and Compliance
  1. Any disputes or disagreements arising from the interpretation or implementation of this treaty shall be resolved through diplomatic means, including bilateral negotiations, mediation, or arbitration.
  2. The Kyenese Empire and the Vos State shall establish a joint commission to monitor and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this treaty, and to address any emerging issues or challenges.
Article IV: Final Provisions
  1. This treaty shall enter into force upon the exchange of instruments of ratification by the Kyenese Empire and the Vos State.
  2. This treaty shall remain in force indefinitely, unless terminated by mutual agreement between the parties.

In witness whereof, the undersigned, being duly authorized by their respective governments, have signed this Treaty of the Three Straits on the date specified below.
