Clubgrass is a low leafy plant consisting of long, hard, knobby grains. The grains are removed and ground to remove the husk, then soaked, rinsed, and steamed. Fermented, it makes an alcoholic drink called laŋkosān. It is also used in Äkarunian cuisine, in dishes like Izkabarilwa (Clubgrass Salad). It is native to Boroso.
