The term Quurožiri (Adzamasi: qūrožiri [quʁʌʒɪʁɪ], SG. qūrozīk [quʁʌʒik]) refers to followers of Qurosism. There are over 1?? million Quurožiri, approximately ??% of whom also claim membership with another faith, primarily Iovism. Quurožiri are an extremely diverse group in terms of ethnicity and nationality, and the many different sub-sects have marked religious and cultural differences.

Most Quurožiri dwell in the lands controlled by the former Adzamic and Neviric Empires, mostly in downriver Ekuosia, Puzimm, and Lahan. As various sects of Quurožarq are the official religion in Tabiqa and ???, these countries have particularly large numbers of adherents.

Quurožiri generally hold a worldview that includes, beyond obvious religious requirements, a four-gender system. Even if their home country does not recognize these genders socially or legally, adherents are likely to self-identify with one of the four genders, none of which perfectly corresponds to any binary gender system.
