Etymology
From Proto-Ndzouic *bʷomrgʷ "town, village, settlement", From Proto-Aitic *wõrgʷ-ã "town, village, settlement".
History
Before the Empire
Before the conquest of the Vronzhan lands by the Dardanth Empire, Vronzhan formed a group of unstable queendom unions. The modern queendom families of Vronzhan consider themselves to be descended from the families of many of them.
In the 940s, the Dardanth Empire begins to lay claim to the territories of Vronzhan. Soon, the Empire's troops invade the territories of the Vronzhan queendoms and conquer all of Vronzhan.
Reconquering the Homeland
With the beginning of centralization in the Empire, separatist sentiments grew in Vronzhan. The popular motto of that time was: “In the name of the Moon Mother, we will reconquer our homeland!”. In 1845, Empress Dānsasōlsy XIX was assassinated. The Vronzhan kingdoms begin to declare their independence one by one. In the first years, the queendoms maintained at least some kind of unity among themselves, based on hatred of the Dardanth Empire. However, after the Empire stopped attempting to invade and reclaim the lands of Vronzhan, the queendoms began to fight each other to create a unified Vronzhan queendom.
Vronzhan Queens' Wars
In 1858, the Zatfulhoxhixhud Queendom successfully conquered the southern queendoms of the Bay of Thaneki and landed on the Jilu island. Seeing a threat in the strengthening of the Queendom, Zatfulhoxhixud's neighbors united and declared war on the Queendom. The next 60 years will be a confrontation between the Northern Alliance and the Zatfulhoxhixhud Queendom for influence among the queendoms of Vronzhan. However, the balance of power in the region changed greatly in 1919, when the Realm of the Sea became involved in the confrontation. With their fleet they blocked the ports of small coastal queendoms and those, having no choice, joined the Realm. With the help of a vastly superior army in technology and size, the Realm of the Sea easily annexed one queendom after another. At some point, the Realm began to interfere with the sphere of influence of the Northern Alliance and the Zatfulhoxhixhud Queendom. The instability of the Northern Alliance quickly showed itself in confrontation with the highly centralized Realm of the Sea. Most of the queendoms of the Northern Alliance went over to the side of the Realm at the beginning of the war, and the queendoms that resisted were destroyed. In 1926, a unification treaty was signed between the Zatfulhoxhixhud Queendom and the Realm of the Sea. Vronzhan was proclaimed.

Government
The country is ruled by the Council of Queendoms, which arose after the Act of Unification of 1926. The act prescribed the composition of the Council: Queen of Zatfulhoxhixhud, leaders of the Marine Council and Continental Council parties, which account for more than 20% of the seats in one of them, Queens of two biggest dynasties that are independent from the Queen of Zatfulhoxhixhud.
Directly subordinate to the Council of Queendoms are the Queen of Zatfulhoxhixhud, the Marine Council and the Continental Council. The Marine Council consists entirely of deputies who are elected in elections in the regions where its power operates. The Continental Council is originally a regional version of the Marine Council. After conquering the Northern Alliance, the Realm of the Sea faced discontent from the local queens. To calm them down, a Regional Marine Council was created, which was directly subordinate to the Marine Council. Right before the signing of the Act of Unification. The Regional Marine Council was able to achieve recognition as equal to the Marine Council under the name Continental Council. It consists of 37 representatives of the queens of the dynasties of the former Northern Alliance, and 37 deputies that are elected in elections in the dynasties of the former Northern Alliance. The Continental Council has 74 seats and the Marine Council has 120 seats. 37 deputies of the Continental Council and 120 deputies of the Marine Council are elected using parallel voting (18 deputies of the Continental Council are elected with the majoritarian, 19 deputies of the Continental Council are elected with the proportional representation; deputies to the Marine Council are elected in the same way in equal numbers, that is, 60 deputies under one system, 60 deputies under the second system).
Territories of the Zatfulhoxhixhud Queendom also have their own people’s representation, but no one from it get into the Council of Queendoms. Its composition and electoral system are identical to the Continental Council, only the numbers differ: 22 representatives of queens and 22 elected deputies.
