Ngeyv Air is the state-owned and operated airline of Ngeyvger. In addition to international service from Rehleysa, Makuongon, and Sounaayuoq to neighboring countries, it also offers domestic service to Baalkeyng, Nuolgaa-Tanakyag, and many inland rural locales, which are inaccessible via land or water routes during winter.
