Transport

Cars are banned in Mänean due to the Contemporary Conception Party which governs the nation. Contemporary Conception values both the most efficient and effective land use and environmental protection, and since they believe that roadways are a waste of space and that motor vehicles are bad the environment, the result is the aforementioned ban. This works well for Mänea because of its geography which allows for extensive use of boats as transportation. Public railway exist for Mäneans to cross islands in a shorter time span.
