Ngutan (IPA: /əŋgʊtæn/, Ngutanese: Ngutānēha, IPA: /ŋutaːneːhã/), officially the Republic of Ngutan, is a country located in the southern border of Upper Boroso, bordering Mekaneli to the north, Vaamek to the east, Mwamba to the southeast, and the Asura Ocean to the west.
