Bâltêv Hotô is a municipality in Lons, in the district of Bediêl. It's capital is Kârtukhôz, and other towns in it are: Iplâzi, Êrgîn, Heîtêlan, Gumrâtz, Zânstâz, Îodri, Kîukînpâl, Pârtikher and Bulsfar. It borders the municipalities of Ritiônsâv Lot, Ferdusêm Oâsêz, Ârkhulâs, Folo, Vivêva and Gagândôrm.
Etymology
Literally means black valley, after the Kîukhôz Valley, which looks black in the evenings.
