The congress was created in 1962 in a joint declaration by the [[Helsonian Union]] and [[Farmosh]] to bring together Balkist and Kúúlist movements across Sahar. In 2007 the Congress' official name was changed to the ''International Congress of Balkists, Kúúlists, Anti-Imperialists and Social Democrats'' following the fall of the USHR. Since 2010 it has consisted of mostly [[Democratic Kúúlism|democratic kúúlist]] parties and other organisations, although around half of the congress follows other ideologies.

The Balko-Kúúlist Congress is a worldwide association of political parties adhering to Balko-Kúúlist ideologies. The congress was created in 1962 in a joint declaration by the Helsonian Union and Farmosh to bring together Balkist and Kúúlist movements across Sahar. In 2007 the Congress' official name was changed to the International Congress of Balkists, Kúúlists, Anti-Imperialists and Social Democrats following the fall of the USHR. Since 2010 it has consisted of mostly democratic kúúlist parties and other organisations, although around half of the congress follows other ideologies.
