Chel Gyu (Language:Cheli Hyelhí Çǔ [çeʎíɟû]), officially The Cheli People's State of Supreme Harmony (Language:Cheli Hyelhí há jì yaká shi jì hya shi [çeʎíħá ʑì jakáɕi ʑì çaɕi]), is a country located in the Draconic Islands, situated between Danshapu and Tzulhon. Chel Gyu consists of 8 primary regions or clusters of islands, most commonly the southern 4 island groups are grouped as the southern islands, where also the density is the highest, and the northern four islands as northern islands. Many islands have their own dialects or even languages due to the distances between islands, most notable being Uwdu (Language:Uwdu Upwqo Toqa [uw˧˨˦ tu˧˥ˀ]).

Language
The main language spoken in Chel Gyu is Cheli, a sister language to the neighbouring Danshali. Cheli is an isolating language, a quite different morphological typology to its sister language. Cheli has 6 noun classes, compared to the 18 found in Danshali, though all the 6 noun classes have, except for the sixth class, multiple particles, each corresponding to the ones found in Danshali, but these are not distinguished as classes but perceived more as unassimilated particles serving all the same purpose within their classes. These six classes don't have specific categories, but can be grouped as çu, ve, shi, na, ha and sha classes, çu categorising neutrality, earth, security and locations, ve water, creativity and life, shi metal, law and astral bodies, na animals, thought and science, ha spirituality and peacefulness and sha describing secrecy and dark or violent acts or states. Most classes differentiate their particles with tones, but òve and ǔ from the second ve class have different syllables.
