Clubgrass

Clubgrass is a low leafy plant consisting of long, hard, knobby grains. The grains are removed and ground to remove the husk, then soaked, rinsed, and steamed. Fermented, it makes an alcoholic drink called laŋkosān. It is from Boroso.
