Dove Haviširašeir (August 14, 1911 - September 8, 1995) was a military officer and statesman who served as the eighth prime minister of Lenezan from 1954 to 1962, and was considered the 1st prime minister of the Third Lenezi Republic. As a prominent Lenezi revolutionary, he was one of the three principal leaders of the Free Generals Movement in the Second Lenezi Civil War which toppled the Sannist regime of Lenezan, and lead to the establishment of the Federal Republic of Lenezan.
Dove was born on August 14, 1911 in the Lenezi capital of Ihana. His father was a veteran of the First Lenezi Civil War and his mother was a fashion house administrator for Máruat, allowing for him to live a relatively comfortable upper-middle class life despite the tumultuous time period. Under the guidance of his father he was ushered into Lenezi military tradition from an early age, and attended secondary school at the Váňude Memorial College, a prominent military school. Later on he graduated from Burverabafea Academy in 1932 and began his military career as lieutenant in the army.
He grew to be a distinguished and decorated general who was wounded in action in the Three Straits Colony theater of the Pangyeoun War. After which, he became the leader of the Free Generals Movement, a movement of revolutionary military officers that were staunchly opposed to the Sannist regime, as well as the corruption of Supreme Minister Boneava Burjecina. Following the toppling of Burjecina and the Sannist government in 1953, Haviširašeir went on to serve as the head of the post-Revolutionary Reconstruction Committee that same year, and was eventually elected to the position of prime minister in 1954, successfully leading Lenezan through an extensive reconstruction period, and negotiated the aftermath of the Shavakhoti invasion of Šąliv Solama in the Treaty of Gollisad.
