Farmosh (IPA: /X/, Farmoshi: Farmoś, IPA: /X/), officially the United Balkist Republic of Milevia, is an island nation located in Milevia, a subregion of Parshita in eastern Miraria. It shares maritime borders with Czisilia in the west and Iflia in the east. It is the homeland of many minor Milevic ethnic groups, with the most populous and dominant group being the Sirsash people. Its capital is the city of Aśkál, and according to the 2016 census the total population is 22,752,121. Farmosh shares maritime borders with Czisilia in the west, the Kaisen in the north and Iflia in the west.

Farmosh is notable for having been the birthplace of Yurik Balkas, whose Balkist ideology is still prevalent in the country in the modern age.
