Hangai is a country in the Asura ocean located north of Litene.
Religion
Hangai has a mandatory state religion called Hato, enforced by the first king (Hangaian: pwápwih [pʷápʷìh]) after his conquest of Pwetha island in 1812.
History
The Kings
The first Hangaian king, coming from the Hangai tribe, united the Pwetha island (the biggest island in Hangai) in 1812 after 10 years of treaties and wars. He wanted to unify Hangai under one religion, the religion of his people, Hato (one of his famous quotes is after all "If you're not Hatoist, you're not Hangaian"), in which he succeeded, as 95% of the population practices it.
