The Itsivqutki (Kasiirala: /iˈtsifqutki/) are an ethnic group who traditionally reside in the coastal areas of the Bay of Kasiiralq, including the west coast of the Nequmlug peninsula and the Gavŋiinuistulu islands in the southwest.
