Kulal is one of the four Capital Corridor states in southern Tuanmali, a densely-populated region stretching from the capital in Sojih, due south of Kulal, to Gūw Zhala due north. Jozon lies to the east, while Kulal's fellow central Corridor state, Kējalēn, is to the west.
