Lidder Men-Ebith(1831-1928) was an entrepreneurs and philanthropists from Degveneth, Notzel, he was the founder of the National Coal and Oil Corporation(he-Mogzath he-Nagzan Tzechel im Yuwv, also he-MNTY) of Notzel.
While Lidder was a controversial figure in business, he was also a philanthropist and a major sponsor of arts. He was the founder of the Lidder Men-Ebith Foundation of Arts and the main sponsor of the Lidder Music Festival; besides, he also founded the Lidder museum of Arts in Degveneth.
Otzir Men-Lidder, the eldest daughter of Lidder, was a mathematician of Notzel in the number theory.
