Lidder Men-Ebith(1831-1928) was an entrepreneurs and philanthropists from Degveneth, Notzel, he was the founder of the National Coal and Oil Corporation(he-Mogzath he-Nagzan Tzechel im Yuwv, also he-MNTY) and was once the richest person during the early 20th century in Notzel.

The National Coal and Oil Corporation once monopolied the production of oil and coal in Notzel, which caused controversies. While Lidder was a controversial figure in business, he was also a philanthropist and a major sponsor of arts. He was the founder of the Lidder Men-Ebith Foundation for the Poor and the Lidder Men-Ebith Foundation of Arts, and he was the main sponsor of the Lidder Music Festival; besides, he also founded the Lidder museum of Arts in Degveneth.

Otzir Men-Lidder, the eldest daughter of Lidder, was a mathematician of Notzel in the set theory. She later published a book introducing concepts about the set theory that later became a standard textbook used in most colleges in Notzel for set theory courses.
