Paseinsẽ (Standard Kwang: [pá.seɪ̃́..se᷄ˀ], Wo Amiyant Kwang: Poa Hcieng Càk [pɔ̄ tɕʰɛ̄ŋ tsàk̚]), historically known by its Wo Amiyant Kwang pronunication Poachengchac until 1950, is a major city located in Qonklaks. It is the second-largest Qonklese city by population, with over 13 million residents.
