Kerkaosin Sattang Hungdep (Ru language: /kʰɤɻkʰao̞ɕin satːaŋ huŋde̞p̚/, Kwang: Ku Kaw Se) was the Ru chairman of the Union of Supreme Communes of West Soltenna, alongside Karduvic chairman Zhirshu Tà Dè Dàng and Maithic chairman Jòșùse Thexáwùs.
