Hamavan (Balak: Hamāvan Hamavân [ˌhɑmɑˈvæ:n]), officially the State of Hamavan (Balak: Hamāvan Dotağ Hamavân Dotağ [ˌhɑmɑˈvæ:n dɔˈtɑʁ̞]), is a state of Balakia, bordering the states of Lower Maram, Chindush, Upper Maram, Balachik, Kazan and Qersheven F.C., as well as the country of Zwazwamia. Its capital is Sasosak. Hamavan is the Xth largest of Balakia's 15 federal subjects, and the second most populous, with almost 8 million inhabitants.
