Hwam Deaĝ Ruom (pronunciation: // ) is the capital and largest city of the Democratic Republic of Qgam, with a population of 3,202,176, including the metropolitan area, making it the second largest city north of the 60th parallel.
Hwam Deaĝ Ruom is the financial, political, and commercial centre of the country and the location of the headquarters of Qgam's largest industries.
Due to its strategic location on Ĝo Deam Bay, Hwam Deaĝ Ruom is able to accommodate even the largest ships. The port is free of sea ice year-round, and when necessary, icebreakers are employed along the clast of the Gelög Sea to maintain Hwam Deaĝ Ruom's shipping routes year-round.
