Kojara (Balak: Koḑarā Kojarâ [ˌkɔd͡ʒɑˈɾæ:]) is a city state of Balakia, bordering and enclosed within the state of Balachik. Kojara is the Xth largest of Balakia's 15 federal subjects, and the eleventh most populous, with over 2.5 million inhabitants.
