Kojara (Balak: Koḑarā Kojarâ [ˌkɔd͡ʒɑˈɾæ:]) is a city state of Balakia, bordering and enclosed within the state of Balachik. Kojara is the Xth largest of Balakia's 15 federal subjects, and the tenth most populous, with almost 8 million inhabitants.
