Lower Maram (Balak: Kozeh Maram Kozeh Maram [kɔˈzɛh mɑˈɾɑm]), officially the State of Lower Maram (Balak: Kozeh Maram Dotağ Kozeh Maram Dotağ [kɔˈzɛh mɑˈɾɑm dɔˈtɑʁ̞]), is a state of Balakia, bordering the states of Boghshuy, Chindush, and Hamavan. Its capital is Eşemîrke. Lower Maram is the Xth largest of Balakia's 15 federal subjects, and the sixth most populous, with over 5 million inhabitants.
