The Supreme Commune of Qonklaks, also known as the Supreme Helsonia of Qonklaks (Qonklese: Hai Lhain Kwan Shàn), abbreviated to SHQ (Qonklese: HLKS) or the Qonklese Commune, was a Kúúlist state in Soltenna. It existed in from 1950 to 2005. Unlike its ally, the Helsonian Union, the Qonklese Commune was a very centralised state, believing that the only way to create a Helsonian society in the future was to "protect its citizens from external imperialist actions".
The Commune had its roots in the creation of the Ngonku in 1940, when the fascist Qonklese Empire was waging numerous invasions against other Soltennan states. The Ngonku became known as Golden Kwang by the end of the war, which became the sole ruling party from 1950 until the dissolution of the Commune in 2005.

The Ngonku
"Early Days" (1950-1975)
During the post-restructuring of Qonklaks after the GEW, Golden Kwang decided to gradually restructure its economy into a centralized kúúlist agrarian utopia. The first drastic change was land reforms: landlords were stripped of their property and all farms became property of the state. This change reduced class inequality and virtually wiped out the category of "landlords". Another major goal was to restart the metalworking industry to mass-produce weapons to arm to the up and coming wave of fighting-age soldiers in reaction to a GEW-era maternity program that heavily encouraged child birth. This program allowed for the Revolutionary Grand Army to reach a standing personnel count of more than 3 million in 1960.
