The Vemkha (Vemkha: Vəmɣa [vəmɣa], Wamx [wamx] or Vəŋx [vəŋx]) are an indigenous ethnic group who inhabit the northern Yaru Islands and the coast of the Tigáacits Sound on the Kasiirala mainland.
