Varejonyri participated in the bloody Pashaist Revolution and overthrew the Kuulist puppet government. The country was restructured as an absolute theocracy run by Ernujas-Viceroy Jéctrń and later Ernujas-Viceroy Uxjém.
The 1973 Civil War
War broke out in 1973 when the commander of the armed forces performed a coup, assassinating the unpopular Uxjém. The military junta took complete control of the country in 1977 and stayed in power until an election was held in 1978.
