Sia Be (Standard Cawrai: Seang Pe [siᵊŋ.ˈpe]), officially the Union of Sia Be (Standard Cawrai: Keuthmeui Seang Pe [kɨ.tʰmɨi̯ siᵊŋ.ˈpe]), is a country located in Western Soltenna. It borders Qgam, Karduv, and shares a maritime border with Yachiro and Ru.
The nation is home to over 22 million people, though ninety percent of the population is congregated at the southern provinces. Seang Pe's minority groups include Kwang, Karduvic, and Qgamic. The capital and largest city is Khmameang Hang, which accounts for 13% of the total population.
