The Cabinet of Princes was a 19th-century meeting of state representatives and Ashar princes from the Koman mizarates which fell under the direct rule of the Ashar Mizarate. The meeting served as a platform for negotiations and compromises, with the ultimate goal of uniting all princely realms into 1 political, albeit, federalized, state, under the pressure of Koman proto-nationalism and the threat of foreign powers. The cabinet drafted the first document based on its sessions, the Tughanjuh Proclamation, which served as the basis for the creation of the Imperial State in 1811.
Most representatives were either delegates of each Koman Mizarate or the mizars themselves, attending as a last resource to salvage their rule, although, all rulers were ultimately forced to disestablish their realms and instead adopt political positions within the Ashar-led government, having the option to instead become part of the newly reformed House of Ashar.
