The cross was superimposed on top of a couped white saltire, which gave the appearance of an eight-pointed star in reference to [[Aroism]]. HAving been designed by Tullach designer [[Ruga Solíns t:Acca]], the national flag fell out of favour with locals who viewed ii as a banner symbolic of Tullachia, rather than anything uniquely symbolic of Ancorub.

It bordered by Thraquy to the north, Tullachia to the south-east, Hranloc to the south and Varencub to the west. With a total population of 21,640 people, Ancorub remains the least populated country in Sahar. Ancorub gained independence from the Tullach Chieftaincies on 13th March 2024 making it the second-most recent sovereign state and joint-newest full member state to the International Congress as of 2024.
