Kaisen (IPA: //, Native language: Country, IPA: //), also known as the Kaisen, officially the Overseas Territory of the Kaisen, is a dependent territory of Cerman located in Parshita. It inhabited primarily by Milevic and Tinetic peoples, and is bordered by Bhetep to the north, Czisilia to the south, and North Azey to the west. A 730km-long stretch of Kaisen's eastern border follows the 103rd meridian east.
