Seng Mozev (Karduvic: s:eng m`o zev Sēng Mòzev), born Sēng Mòzev Dè Sot Hè Ngùkyung, also known as Mozev the Butcher, was a Karduvic military general and one of the Five Dragons. His ruthless and often suicidal offensives in war gave him a fearsome reputation in both the Karduvic Civil War and the Pangyeoun War, before his assassination by Naean troops in 1945.

Relationship with Va Bung

Though Seng Mozev was feared as a ruthless man, he knew he could not stand against Va Bung’s rising popularity in Karduv. In a letter he wrote to Yaur Urn he states, “Va Bung is like the Gain to our Mi and Chàn. It would be unwise to resist and face inevitable destruction.” Though Seng did not entirely agree with Va Bung’s geopolitical ideas for Karduv, he respected him as an experienced and successful military commander, and peacefully relinquished his power during Va Bung’s March coup.

Pangyeoun War

During the Pangyeoun War, Seng kept his reputation for unrelenting offense intact. Despite the heavily disadvantageous position Karduv was in compared to Liosol, Seng insisted on a “no retreat, no surrender” war doctrine; once given orders by Va Bung, Seng would stop at nothing to achieve the goal. Death

In 1945, Seng’s military camp was infiltrated by Naean special operatives disguised as Qonklese soldiers. According to legend, Seng personally cut down two of the assassins with his sword while being shot multiple times by the others, with his rampage only being stopped when one of the agents shot him in the head. Seng’s death was a brutal blow to the Karduvic war effort, as he was one of Va Bung’s most reliable military leaders. X
