Farmosh (Farmoshi: Farmoś [X]), officially the United Balkist Republic of Milevia, is an island nation located in Milevia, a subregion of Parshita in eastern Miraria. It is the homeland of many minor Milevic ethnic groups, with the most populous and dominant group being the Kesrash people. Its capital is the city of Balcassard, and according to the 2016 census the total population is 22,752,121. Farmosh shares maritime borders with Czisilia in the west and the Kaisen in the north.

Farmosh holds the historical core of the pre-colonial Milevian Empire, including its de facto capital Phamphar, which remains an important cultural centre to this day. The empire was organised around a unique system of clans and sodalities that promoted autonomy of, and co-operation between, the indivdual chiefdoms of the empire.

In 1877 Farmosh became the first constitutionally Balkist country in the world.
