The Cöqfç State (Foeian:Rīccöjfç; Ricöqfç [ˈrit͡sœˀɸt͡ɕ]) was an attempt to form a stateless anarchist society in parts of Fukota during the Foeian Civil War. It existed from 1991 to 1993.
