The Tuŋñi languages are a branch of the Mañic languages, containing the Ndxiixun and Nichoh languages, which are spoken in Quaxin Xun.
Shared innovations of these languages include palatalization of liquids, development of labiovelars from Cw clusters, and radical cluster simplification which co-occured with the development of ballistic syllables, a trait also shared with the neighboring but not closely related Xuni Kwang language.
