Shaelic is a top-level language family, with languages spoken in Fazulavaz, Farmosh, Czisilia and Kaisen. It is divided into three primary branches, Milevic, Deyatsa, and Tlukerian, though some linguists have recently argued that the Tlukerian branch is polyphyletic and should be split into at least two separate branches. The Milevic languages contain the most languages and over 99% of all speakers, with Deyatsa and Tlukerian being limited to less than 100,000 speakers on the Tlukerian Islands of Fazulavaz. It is estimated to have almost a hundred million speakers (rough estimate, potentially wrong), with the largest language being Athsudan.
